Guide Cohort - September 7th-October 16th

We’re pleased to share Aprio’s exclusive management development program, GUIDE, is now available to Aprio Firm Alliance members. Leveraging a “flipped classroom” approach, GUIDE targets the skills and behaviors that people managers need in order to thrive in their mission-critical role. Participants will attend a series of three learning sessions and complete learning exercises before and in between each session. This innovative design allows for a highly interactive, customized experience. Content is delivered in advance of each workshop, and most of the time spent in the workshops will be in small groups led by an experienced coach/facilitator. Participants will also receive 1:1 leadership coaching at the conclusion of the program to help craft a personal development plan and strategy to maximize the impact of the program.
